Systems of of Care Research Manager (2012-02059). The Washington State System of Care Project is a Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Expansion and Planning project to develop a comprehensive strategic plan for improving and expanding services provided through systems of care (SOC) for children and youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families. The main purpose of this position is to design and conduct research, evaluation, and performance assessment with regard to children’s chemical dependency and mental health services to support DBHR’s data-driven planning.
