Dr. Zweben will discuss the implemention of evidence based practices from the perspective of a treatment provider. She will examine what policy makers, funders, and treatment programs should consider when formulating their approach. This presentation will be of particular interest to researchers and students interested in the transfer of science-based approaches to the real world of community-based treatment. Dr. Zweben is a clinical psychologist with over 35 years experience in treating addiction and training treatment practitioners.
